Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want every family to be happy with their outlet find. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original tags still attached. Please try items on gently before removing tags.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.

A restocking fee may apply to returns showing signs of wear, washing, or missing tags — our team reviews every return individually and will contact you first if this applies.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email help@zutanooutlet.us with your order code and the reason for return.
2. We will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
4. Ship the package back using a trackable method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit) — in those cases we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like — this is the fastest way to get the correct size to your family before it sells out.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at help@zutanooutlet.us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
