Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after a 1–2 business day handling window, for a total of about 6–9 business days to arrive.
Yes — free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.99.
Yes. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via Standard Shipping; these orders are not eligible for the $75 free-shipping threshold and may take 7–14 business days.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, all processed securely through PayPal.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed by PayPal — we never store your card number on our servers.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Email help@zutanooutlet.us with your order code to start a return.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return the original item and place a new order for the size you need — it is the fastest way to secure the size before it sells out on our outlet racks.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@zutanooutlet.us with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that they enter processing — email us immediately and we will do our best to help.
Currently we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Our infant sizes run NB (newborn) through 24M, and our toddler sizes run 2T through 5T, depending on the style. Each product page lists the exact sizes in stock for that item.
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low, unless the care label on the item says otherwise. Puffer jackets and snowsuits should be washed on a gentle cycle to protect the insulation.
Our cotton bodysuits and rompers run true to size for most babies, but they are cut for a snug newborn fit — if your baby is between sizes or growing quickly, we recommend sizing up.
Yes. Every garment we carry meets US children’s clothing safety standards, including flammability requirements for sleepwear and secure, properly spaced snaps and buttons.

Our outlet inventory turns over quickly. Email help@zutanooutlet.us and we can let you know if a similar style is coming back in stock.
